2 - 2nd offense DWI $10,000 Fine - Car Impounded (Whoever owns the car-DON'T lend out your car)
3 - ANY offense with injury (minor)$30,000 fine, car impounded 1 year in JAIL
4 - FATAL Accident - FIRST DEGREE MURDER - EVERY single person who drinks and drives is risking committing MURDER !!!

NO PLEA BARGAINS AT ANY LEVEL

Until they actually make these drunk drivers pay with their lives, the cycle will continue. First offense, you lose your license for 5 years. Second offense, you never drive again. Kill someone and you are put to death the next day.

Double those fines and I'm with you. And it definitely should be 1st degree murder because if you get behind the wheel drunk, it IS premeditated.
