So you encourage poor behavior by the administration? You like your tax dollars paying for poor behavior? Actions that are serious enough to force someone to resign or be fired.

Of course not. You made the comment that "there are more lingering about", indicating that perhaps you have information the CSF school board does not concerning certain individuals employed by CSF. If so, shouldn't you take the information to the proper authorities before a student gets hurt?

While everyone is guessing what should be done please check out the standards
for school buildings by the government you will find upon asking that the 50
year old structure is nowhere even close to what is required and it was put on the
backs of citizens to bring their buildings up to these codes. Air filtration, Air Movement
Air quality, sizing of HVAC equipment to meet the needs etc.... it goes on and on a
50 year old building can't support the regulations also I attended the meeting for
the special committee I was very disappointed in the fact that all the people on
this committee had no experience at all with maintaining and upkeep of large
commercial buildings ( A Realtor,A Hardware Salesman, A Judges Wife, A Banker
A Retired Eli Lilly Communications exc)
All good and respectable people but none with any experience or expertise that
would be needed to do daily operations of a COMPLEX Mega Structure which is what
your talking Using high technology to operate at max efficiency to please and accommodate over a thousand people at the same time. Most of us have trouble doing that in our own
homes. I liked what Sandy Miller Board Member said which ended their special meeting
Till we have actual figures on rebuilding compared to new structure we have no Idea of
the scope of work how much it will cost How long it will take to build.
YOU CAN'T COMPARE IT WITH OLD STONEY IT WAS A VACANT BUILDING
Last year the Frankfort Sr High was used all but two weeks by our students and community
where is the window that would be needed to rebuild.

I don't mind putting money towards updates for the school. However,
when all three elementary schools are failing and the middle school is close to failing, I would be happier to see the school board and administration really put forth an effort to turn this around. Frankfort is doomed if this school district doesn't improve. No industry will relocate here if the school district isn't providing a quality education for students.

How can the school board improve standardized test scores when the REAL problem is the majority of parents whose children attend CSF don't give a damn about education? To them CSF is nothing more than free baby sitting service.

Transplant the administration and teaching staff from an 'A' or 'B' school in the area, say Rossville, and put them in classrooms populated by students in the CSF district. Scores won't improve, guaranteed.

Why don't you look at the real problem, Punjab, go look at the hard core numbers, the fact of the matter is the Hispanic population is bringing the numbers down... Now if you don't believe me, go look at the numbers, go ask your school board to show you the numbers.. I just went and spoke about this and demanded the numbers at Blue Ridge and Green Meadows, its not favoring your dumb ass thinking that its just the parents.. The numbers don't lie, go ask for yourself, you may be surprised you dumb ass

Of course the Hispanic population is part of the problem, primarily at the elementary school level where most of them don't know English. By the time they get to FHS they are speaking/reading/writing English at grade level. FHS barely missing and 'A' proves this.

So what can be done to improve the scores at the elementary schools? Kick all the ESL kids out? Don't count their test scores?

And part of the problem is the parents, it's another huge issue. Get your head out of the sand.
