where can a person 'protest' when management and board directors threaten to fire a person just for speaking their mind?

this forum was created in hopes that comments will be read by board members of a certain company. I hope any employee working there vents their frustrations here.
i dont care about the reasoning behind the recent decisions that have been made, but i do care that what it all boils down to is - if an employee seeks guidance from a board member, we will be slated to be fired.
i was not aware that we are communists now.

The company in question is Members Advantage Credit Union. Last Monday, 12/13, a State of Emergency was declared in Northern Indiana due to the weather. In recent years, Members Advantage Credit Union has paid their employees when the office had to be closed for reasons beyond their control. Not this year. Not only has the credit union decided not to pay their employees (they can use their own time, if available. many have none available to use), but they have backed off of giving holiday pay, and upper management has made it known that any employee who complains will be wearing a target on their back. To make matters even more disgusting, the president has been overheard mocking his employees for being upset by this while talking to Board Members on the phone. Upper management, who are all salaried, will be paid for the time missed. Everyone else has to either use a day of their own accrued time, or not. For those who have no time available, they are going to miss an entire day of wages, which can mean the difference whether household bills can be paid or not. This is especially disgusting since it is the holiday season.

I agree. I always thought that they cared about the employees. Nobody should be fired for what they think amd this is just not right. The only reason behind the decision is that it saves the Credit Union some money at the expense of employee morale and loyalty. I don't know what is worse, the fear of losing our jobs if we complain, or the decision to not pay us unless we use our own time. I heard it said that management had never heard of anyone getting paid for not going to work. Well, I know of many companies who paid their employees for the 13th. Members was one of those before this incident. It really stinks to know management and the board really don't care about you or your well being at all.

I work for the YMCA preschool in Chesterton. The employees do not have any benefits, NOTHING! Even a gym membership will cost you. I don't know why the director Kym or the preschool manager Jessica, treat their employees so badly. Honestly all they care about is their own paychecks. Jessica doesn't even have the required education to have the job title she holds.
