Support our Firefighters - Vote NO to Increased Taxes in May
Vote YES to new township government leadership in November

Well, you tell me, My question to Public Record is: on what date in the township meeting minutes is the Public Record found of the motion being made to purchase with taxpayers money the family property of township trustee Jason Gabbard? Or was this business transaction conducted in the hidden chambers of Executive Session?
My search of Public Record did not reveal the answer to my question; so again, on what date is this important record included in the long list of Public Record fiscal office minutes?
Can you answer this question?

In fact, I can. And so could you, if you had actually taken just a few moments to look for yourself. But then again, perhaps the facts aren't supportive of your position..

All of the purchases occurring before Jason Gabbard was associated with the board of trustees. And...a yea vote on the second one by the beloved Ms. Anspach!

Great Idea to discuss events....

Now it is the idea of many great minds, discussing in the event that you should go to the polls in May, to Just say NO to the issue of increased property taxes. It is time to focus on the issue of being overtaxed by the township government; and this tax increase is not about people. So VOTE NO and be happy...don't worry about the firefighters; this big event in May is not about people; This big event in May is all about the issues of being overtaxed by the township government. Great minds will just Say No to this Great Event in May; which has nothing to do with people; just a big event with the big idea that it's time for the government to more taxes for the government on their big ideas of way to spend taxpayers money, while holding on to $14 million surplus.

Where are you getting a $14 million surplus? Do you have anything to reference that shows a surplus? How does a township surplus affect the fire department? As I understand it, the fire department can only use funds from the levy and the levy can only go to the fire department. Doesn't seem relevant..

doesn't much matter...what matters is a 4.5 mill levy voted and passed by wade and his newbie buddy that sold property to the township, and then got elected to township trustee. Talk about conflict of interest ! The township is awash in cash, buying property wherever, and then trying to stick it to the public for unneeded services.
The township is awash in cash, buying property wherever, and then trying to stick ti to the public for unneeded services.

Spread the truth to friends and neighbors! Please support the leadership of township trustee, Cathy Anspich, who knows inside out that township administrators should have cut expenses, instead of coming to homeowners with threats of shutting down fire stations and endangering our public safety. These tired old strong arm tactics are as outdated in current issues, as that tired old Ed Wade sitting in public office so many years, that now he believes he OWNS the public's money.

Vote Smart! Just Say No to Increased Taxes in May.

Ask yourself this question: What does township trustee Cathy Anspich have to gain by telling us the truth that the township needs to cut expenses before asking for new money?

Let's all VOTE NO on the Fire Levy in appreciation of at least one public servant who did the right thing in the best interest of the public to which she is electd to serve.

On the other hand, ask yourself if Ed Wade is hoarding that $14 million surplus to bail out his next little buddy who has unused farmland that he can't sell, at the expense of over-taxed township
homeowners?

What are the facts?
Did the Township buy Jason Gabbard's property for $1.5 million for a park? Shouldn't a park levy have been the way to ask the citizen's if they wanted to pay for it?
Did the township trustee's refuse to give the taxpayer's a tax holiday as recommended by the fiscal officer for money collected but in her words not needed? Does the Township not have a surplus of cash between $12-14 Million?
The article states: "
"Unlike in other townships, Kidd pointed out his department covers a city and township. As a bedroom community, Clearcreek Twp. also lacks commercial development that can lessen the tax burden on homeowners, he added.
Since 2001, the service area's population practically has doubled, while the department has continued to operate on existing levies and grants, officials said."
Doesn't the city pay the township for this service?
Why does the Township lack commercial development? Unfriendly zoning and over taxation? If the service area's population has doubled, are not the new residents also paying taxes for this service?
If you read the meeting minutes employees are getting raises and new equipment and training are being purchased.
Maybe the Township trustees should do a survey to see how many residents have lost their jobs or taken pay cuts, how many businesses have shut down, how many businesses are struggling, how many residents are struggling, how many foreclosures there are, and how much the property value has fallen.
Is there a Budget posted on the Township website? Why does the 2012 annual financial report have all zeros'?
What are the facts?
Vote No New Money for the fire levy in May.

Vote Yes for new leadership in November.

We don't need more money to provide citizens needed public safety services; We need better financial management and leadership in our township government.

If Cathy Anspach makes it out of office without going to jail, she'll be lucky. I guess if you're a teabagger its okay to pay off a police officer to get your son out of one of his many legal dillemas.

And what about double dipper assistant fire chief Kidd whose increased salary was voted for in the December meeting? This unneeded admininstrator was voted big money, even though the public was educated by the trustees during public meeting that
this position was not necessary to be filled, and that the assistant would need to be let go when the levy fails.

Vote Smart for No New Money until new leadership is elected. Township taxpayers have been fully educated that good old boy Ed Wade thinks himself more capable of spending OUR money than we the wage earners.

Township taxpayers have been fully educated by elected official, Cathy Anspich, whose smart vote was NO to aking for New Money until expenses were cut. I am sure good old boys gabbard/wade would agree that a mere WOMAN could never be educated in public service to the measure of good old boys, gabbard/wade.
But, Anspich has nothing to gain by telling the truth to the public, except the integrity of standing firm in service to the public by whom she was elected as township trustee.
We don't need more money; We need more accountability; We need new leadership with problem solving skills; not leadership that sits around waiting for 2013 so that they can start whining for increased taxes just because it has been so long since they got new money.

Shame on you for stooping so low as to drag out this same lame false accusation that has been beat to death by the good old boys, trying to ridicule a good public servant out of office.
Educated voters will not be fooled by your sleezy attempt to distract from this so very obvious conflict of interest swirling around wade's little buddy gabbard.

No matter what you guess, educated voters know that the smart vote in May is No New Taxes, simply because more money is not needed. When smart voters fail the levy, then the fire chief can step up and tell pickett to cut expenses and stop punishing Springboro firefighters by threatening to shut down a fire station, just because voters said no to big tax increases that aren't necessary to maintain services to all our citizens.

Kidd is the Chief, not the assistan Chief. He left Washington Township to come to CCFD he DID NOT retire from there. The position you are speaking of was a Captain position that was vacant before it was filled. Again the Tea party misinformation to sway votes is incredible.

Stand Firm on Principles of doing what's right for our economical well being for our all Springboro families.

Just Say No to growing bigger local government!

Just send a firm message to Clearcreek Township Government Administrators(including double dippers)to cut expenses, fire double dippers, and hire qualified leaders at an affordable price. Mr. Wade and Mr. Pickett are nothing but big bullies to township taxpayers who dare to question their creepy cult-like philosophy of being "here longer than you, therefore, we OWN you."
