Here is an advice for the people in south florida:

if you need to call comcast or any other company
ask for an african-american technician or a white technician

cuban technicians all they will do is mess up everybody's lines, and I say this because of my own experience, you know how many times a cuban tech had to come and fix a stupid problem, till I asked the company to send an african american.
they are so stupid probably is hard for them to understand computer language since they speak with a horrible accent.
so save some time and trouble and when you have a problem don't forget to ask for a technician that isn't cuban, they are retarded
