The people of Hialeah needed to petition the federal gvmt a loooooooooooooong time ago ,to take over the whole place and remove EVERY SINGLE politician , city official and cop in that place.

Congratulations Miami-Dade County! We're home to not one, but two of the ten worst-run cities in the entire United States of America. The City of Miami came first on 24/7 Wall Street's list. That would be bad enough, but citizens of Miami proper may be even more devastated ;to find that their city is explicitly worse-run than Hialeah. The City of Progress came in 10th on the list.
