And if he's allowed to stay, he'll have amnesia down the road about no memory as to how he entered OUR country illegally. Send him to the Mexican Govt.

Mexican cartels are is to Mexico as Khmer Rouge is to Cambodia

'Young migrants say they are fleeing sharply escalating criminal violence in their home countries. Federal agencies have scrambled to muster adequate detention facilities, while legal groups try to find lawyers to represent them. Judges, for their part, have struggled to offer fair hearings to penniless youths who speak little English and often do not even understand why they are in court.

They come with a parent or other adult but when caught claim to be alone because they hope they will not be deported.
Part of the No Child Left Behind B.S put of the The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), part of the Department of Health and Human Services. Thay are now in charge of custody, identification, and release policy for “unaccompanied minors” caught trying to cross the border or caught in the interior.
The unaccompanied minors are minors are in shelters run by ORR contractors such as the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and Lutheran Immigration Services, Southwest Keys, and several others. State foster care is also used to house and provide for the minors and most recently minors have been housed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas since the upsurge in unaccompanied minors.
The shelters are also off limits to ICE.
Word has gotten out south of the border so they are taking advatage of it, like they do everything else.

The kids aren't alone. Their parents are just too chickens**t to stand up and be counted, for fear of deportation themselves. They're counting on our system to have mercy and hoping they can somehow exploit the divisions between departments to reunite with their children when they're wards of the state (and on the public dole until the age of majority).

Deport them and let their parents go back home to get them. Not the taxpayers' problem.

While no child should ever have been sent here with a cutthroat coyote, I truly feel for these kids, they should be sent back to their parents. Exactly what were they being sent here to do? What kind of parent allows his/her parent to endure this kind of separation into a country in which they can't communicate or have anybody with whom they are familiar? Send the kids home to the parents who had them and who should support them.
Here is a good reason
