Who is this guy? Someone in Bay County must have really pissed him off to motivate him to exposed these REPROBATES in Bay County, Florida.

I have checked out that site. It has many links to services all around Bay County. It has alot more to offer than just the message boards.

I always thought that it was John Caylor's site.
