The time has come for law enforcement agencies to listen to the people paying the bills and began cleaning up our communities of these undocumented welfare parasites. Gang problems have existed in Mexia for over 30 years, and this recent violence comes as no surprise to most. The solution is not to extend the city limits signs out into rural areas to set up surprise speed traps, even though they know most of these citations will result in checks being mailed in and no harm can come to these officers if they are selective about who they choose to stop. The solution is to go into these avoided neighbor hoods and root out the gangs and drug dealers.

their not "law" enough to go into those neighborhoods and root out the gangs and drug dealers, shoulda kept the old sheriff, he's the one that shut down the beat. Whats the new sheriff doing? Nothing. i was born and raised in mexia, thats my home, but theres no way i would raise my children there, i mean, what does it say about a town when you have to hire police to patrol the schools? I guess thats why the call it little Dallas. what a shame.
