Anyone out there know whatever happened to her? Her mother was Joan Utley (now deceased). Joan was the ownwer of Rudolf's Jewelry that was once in Paducah.
She later opened stores in Union City, TN and Martin, TN.
Last I heard, Vicki was living in the Paducah/Metropolis area. I haven't heard anything about her in almost 20 years.
