Court: Victim won't be charged in Tyngsboro pizza-shop assault

No criminal charges will be filed against a man accused of stealing money from a Tyngsboro restaurant.

You need to know the history of Eric Sideri to understand that his tactics are purely a means to justify the beating he gave the victim. Eric has always been a parinoid man, always believing that he's going to get the next beating for all the wrong he's done to others over the years.

Finding no merit to charge the victim of theft is more proof that Eric is getting his just desserts. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is not going to allow Eric to weasel his way out of this.
