Mesquite fourth-graders get iPads

The move to give each fifth-grader at Rutherford Elementary an iPad has been an undeniable success.
And yet we complain about a climbing deficit. These are paid for by the state , which receives these funds from the government. Why does a 4th grader NEED an iPad?
Probably hoping the kids break them so they pay for them!
