that is what you need to work on. either you will live as a free man or you will live under oppression so the internet needs constitutional laws that don't tramp on the usa constitution. you can't get rid of it. this hideus box so you have to work around it to keep it in line. boy, this is messed up! you can make others heed the usa constitution. imo you should just get rid of the internet and change it back to military use only. so what can you do? if you want to keep it you will have to have one constitution so you will have to have very intelligent leaders who will be able to work together on one. you just can't get past the bible on that one b/c the book says the beast will rule. all are doomed.
