Foreclosure leave behind empty homes

After years of loose lending and subprime mortgages, that's what happens. Those ARM's are kicking in and people can't manage the new mortgage payments. Going to get worse, and it will affect all of us one way or another.

Too Bad......maybe people will learn their lesson in being egotistical. "Look at me....I'm successful!" Bit off more than you could chew...huh? I finally got to buy a home, there's a silver lining to this dark cloud of foreclosures.

i think if people did not use credit cards and spend all they make, they would not be in all this financial mess.
