It's getting to be Spring again. We as home owners here like to start fixing our houses up because of the beautiful weather. However there are a few things that you need to remember. You get what you pay for. In 2005, my husband and I hired a person to enlarge our garage, he had to move the hot water heater to another location. We paid him $6500.00 for this. Oh what a mess. His so called Master Craftsmen showed up on bicycles. They started the work before we even woke up. In the mean time the Arizona Contractors Board was looking for this person, Jose Angelo Guerrero, aka. Joe Guerrero. After all had been said and done (garage never was finished) He was convicted of theft in Superior Court. He only served 6 months of 1 year sentence. (served in the jail not prison) He has had several lawsuits against him, including my husband and I. We won our lawsuit but only receive enough to correct part of the problem. One day I was outside of the garage BBQ and didn't know until the next day when a plumbing contractor showed up to fix the hot water heater that Joe's river rats messed up that they had taped with electrical tape my gas line. It fell off in his hands. There are others out there just like him waiting to take advantage of you. He also took $28,000.00 from an elderly couple and that is what got him convicted.

Beware indeed! There are also those who have somehow managed to secure a license to work under, but who lack the knowledge, experience, and ethical wherewithal to run an honest business. It seems that the "license" is only a license to charge a higher rate. Let the buyer beware! |

YEAH, and the worst part is that he is out and free to do his bad contracting again. But I can and will tell you this...He lives at the 1700 block of El Dorado Lane. We won a settlement of approx. 2500.00 and I have a lein on his trailer. I HATE TRAILER TRASH!!!!!!!!!!

Joe Guerrero (aka Jose Angelo Guerrero) had a lot of scams going on in Pueblo, COLO - same kind of thing that has occurred in AZ-Building inspectors pretty much took his license away for that...He has caused a lot of heart ache to many people, he needs to be put away. He says to the AZ judge he didn't know he was doing wrong when he knows darn good and well what he was doing. I just wish the prosecutors would have checked his record in COLO and I bet he would have spent more time in prison than 6 months...He has 2 little girls whose mother passed away, and I wouldn't be surprised he hasn't sold them to some kind of scam...Shame on HIM!
OMG Bob you are very right about his wife that passed away under mysterious circumstances, and about his two daughters. His girlfriend who is in on the scams with him is Yvonne Stone. If you know more about his scams in Colorado, please let me know. It's been two years since this started, he scammed my mother in law out of $20,000.00 for a new roof for her business. He told us he was name "Bathroom Beautiful" in a Colorado Magazine! |
He was never married to the twins mother. She did not die from a mysterious illness - Her own mother passed away in 1987, the twins mother passed away in 2001 at the age of 26 from kidney failure - the twins were 3 years old when she passed away - Mr. Guerrero never had anything to do with her or the twins until she died he came out of the cracks and snatched them away probably thinking there could be a scam there too. He never was in the "Bathroom Beautiful" magazine- I don't think there is such a magazine - he has bilked many people out of money for saying he would do a job but needed money to start and never returned. If you check with City/County building inspectors in many counties of Colorado you will find they are looking for him also. But if any one has any knowledge of the twins and their whereabouts, I would appreciate it, if anything to make sure they are safe - Mr. Guerrero is a very dangerous man and should not be confronted on any building issue, please have the police/sheriff standby "just in case". What bothers me though is when Mr. Guerrero went to court at the Mojave Court and told the judge he didn't know he was doing wrong was such a lie - he knew exactly what he was doing -
Bob, I know exactly where he lives and where Hannah and Hayleigh are. I keep track due to the fact that he pays us from the lawsuit that we won against him. His girlfriend Yvonne Stone took care of his girls while he went to jail for 6 months. |

Category: News and Politics Car crashes into home; no injuries By ALICE POPOVICI/The Daily News Tuesday, December 18, 2007 10:51 PM CST CHECKING: Bullhead City firefighters check for structural damage after a 1999 Cadillac Escalade drove into a house on the 1700 block of El Dorado Drive about 3 p.m. Tuesday. JEFF MANGUM/The Daily News BULLHEAD CITY - A neighbor heard tires squealing, then a loud noise. Tuesday around 3 p.m. a gray Cadillac Escalade crashed through two fences and into a home at 1780 El Dorado. There were no reported injuries, but one of the residents' three dogs is missing. Officials said the 17-year-old driver lost control of the car as he rounded the corner at an estimated 35 mph, and drove off the road through a chain link fence and a wooden fence, coming to a rest inside the dining room. Although the single-wide mobile home was declared a total loss, a man sleeping in a back bedroom at the time of the accident escaped without injury. Alcohol was not a factor in the accident, according to Officer Edward Savory of the Bullhead City Police Department. The juvenile - who reportedly does not have a driver license - will receive citations for no license and for failure to control the vehicle to avoid a collision, and will be released. Firefighters secured two of the three dogs when they arrived and rescued several goldfish found on the floor of the residence, said Larry Tunforss, a spokesman for the Bullhead City Fire Department. Crews later returned to the scene to secure the large hole with plywood donated by Home Depot. The accident was an unfortunate coincidence for homeowner Joe Guerrero. About eight months ago, a man who had been drinking crashed his car through the fence but stopped before hitting the house, Guerrero said. He worried that this would happen again and even placed sections of tree trunks outside the fence to minimize a future impact. The precautions weren't enough. He and wife Yvonne Stone returned Tuesday afternoon to find their home destroyed. Stone said she wasn't as upset about the house as she was about her mother's plates and other family memorabilia that came crashing down along with the wall. And the missing chocolate lab. "I can't believe this - I just want my dog," she said. Damage from the accident, including the home, two fences and vehicle, is estimated at $70,000, according to Tunforss. The residents will be staying with family members. |

Local Change of plea hearing set for BHC child abuse suspect By JIM SECKLER/The Daily News Monday, December 8, 2008 11:37 PM CST KINGMAN - The case of a mother charged with allegedly abusing her small son will soon end with a plea agreement. Mitzie Dawn Hadsall, 25, charged with felony child abuse by domestic violence, was before Superior Court Judge Robert Moon Monday asking to set a change of plea hearing. Moon set her next hearing for Dec. 31 in which she is expected to enter into a plea agreement. Details of the plea agreement were not given. If Hadsall does not agree to a plea agreement, her case could then be set for trial. She faces from 10 to 24 years in prison if she is tried and convicted of child abuse. If proven at her trial, aggravating factors such as physical and emotional harm to the victim, having an accomplice or lack of remorse could increase that prison sentence. She is being held on a $40,000 bond. Hadsall's codefendant, Eleanor Ruth Hawes, 50, was also in Superior Court Monday with her attorney asking for a continuance of Monday's hearing that normally sets a trial date. She is also charged with child abuse by domestic violence. Hawes' attorney, Steve Glazer, asked for a delay to consider a plea offer for his client. Moon postponed Hawes' hearing to Dec. 29. A third codefendant, Austin Hildenbrand, 23, is also charged with felony child abuse by domestic violence. The suspects are charged with allegedly abusing Hadsall's 3-year-old son who was seen Oct. 1 sitting in a shopping cart at Walmart. Another shopper noticed the boy with bruises to his face and suspected abuse and called police. Bullhead City paramedics took the boy to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center and later to a Las Vegas hospital. The boy was malnourished, dehydrated and bruised throughout his body. A hospital nurse told police the shopper probably saved the boy's life by calling police. Hadsall was arrested Oct. 1 at WARMC and her roommates, Hawes and Hildenbrand, were later arrested at a Bullhead City apartment. Hadsall allegedly physically abused the boy, denied him food and water for several days and locked him in a closet as punishment. Hawes and Hildenbrand allegedly knew about the abuses but did not report it, according to the Bullhead City Police Department. |

BHC abuse suspect also charged in jail incident
Wednesday, January 21, 2009 10:13 PM CST Corral allegedly damaged fire sprinkler in cell By JIM SECKLER/The Daily News KINGMAN - A Bullhead City man charged with allegedly abusing and assaulting his 9-year-old stepdaughter is facing a new charge Saturday while being held in Mohave County Jail. Juan Manuel Corral Jr., 25, was charged on suspicion of felony jail-destruction/injury to jail after he allegedly broke a fire sprinkler Saturday morning while inside his holding cell. He claimed that he was straightening the sprinkler head when it broke, Mohave County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Trish Carter said. Corral and his wife Dawn M. Corral, 32, are charged with the abuse and assault of Dawn Corral's daughter from December 2007 to February 2008. Juan Corral is charged in Bullhead City Justice Court with molestation of a child, sexual abuse, endangerment, aggravated assault and child abuse. His wife is charged with endangerment, aggravated assault and child abuse. Both had initial appearances before Judge Tom Brady Thursday. A family contacted Bullhead City police Jan. 11 of the suspected abuse. The girl allegedly was dragged by her hair to the bathroom and forced to take cold showers for up to an hour, forced to remove her clothing, eat her dinner on the floor and also forced to urinate and defecate on the floor like a dog. Corral Jr. also allegedly punched and slapped the girl in the head and stomach numerous times during a week in January 2008. The girl was so badly beaten and bruised she missed a week of school to hide the bruises. Corral Jr. also allegedly touched her inappropriately as a form of punishment. Dawn Corral is charged after she allegedly stood by without stopping the abuse. Bullhead City police detectives believe the abuse continued when the family briefly moved to Phoenix in February 2008 before moving back to Bullhead City. The couple was arrested Wednesday. The girl is in the care of her grandmother. The case was also forwarded to the Phoenix Police Department. printable version Rack Locations e-mail this story |

If you know where he is, I just hope the twins are okay. I just wish people would keep an eye on them, i.e. teachers, etc. to make sure they have not been abused. |

Does anybody know if this is the same Joe Guerrero that is renting jet ski's out of his house now? There is a guy doing business as W***rD*gs and he doesn't have a legitimate business address, just says he'll meet you at the launch ramp or at mcdonalds to do the rental paperwork, which is NOT legit.
