We will find out how much the people support her in the next election. And I suspect some serious damage is going to be done to the Dems.
People are fed up with all of the illegal friendly laws. It's time to protect the citizens and the legal immigrants.
We can best protect the illegal aliens by making it so that they are not drawn here like flies to honey. When that happens, a lot of really bad stuff happens to them. When they don't come here through the proper, legal channels they place themselves at risk and because a detriment to the communities they come to.

I for one am sick of checking out groceries to illegals every night. All of them have EBT cards, WIC etc for the kids they all have every year--all have larger families than we who have to pay the taxes for all of these welfare benefits, and I'm not even counting the hundreds of thousands of dollars for a "free" public education for each of these anchor-baby citizens. Just go into the local stores about 11 p.m. to midnight and watch the checkout lines. They also come in early in the morning. As if ICE was going to be out after & am or before 11 pm to endanger their gravy trains! And here the state is running hundreds of millions of dollars in the red and denying food stamps to legal citizens who really need them! I am all the way for Governor Martinez--she wants to take care of New Mexicans for a change.

A Republican Governor and a former prosecutor will not think outside the box and will always have a forethought that her way is the only way. She is looking at the next election cycle and wants to rid of Democrats by doing all foolishness filled with lies, manipulations, and more lies.

As soon as we get the Dumb as Craps out of the way real progress will be made.

Right now the Dumb as Craps representing New
Mexico in our State Capital have failed to do
their job to protect New Mexicans by their failure
to stop giving out ID and Drivers Licenses to
ILLEGALS.

Thank to the Dumb as Craps for making our state
and country less safe.

Why is it New Mexico can't follow the law? If they are ILLEGALS,they don't deserve to be here, let alone get driver licences. Why it such a fight to follow the LAW?????? We need to stop this now, lets all get behind our Governor to show her we support her.

The drivers license is such a non issue. The welfare system and the laws concerning anchor babies are real problems. Lack of a drivers license is not going to stop these leaches.

If Democrat handlers nationally want to ride the enabling of illegal immigrants into obsurity then that is certainly their choice, but they are turning their victory into defeat all by themselves. The damage done to the Republican Party by W is being repaired by Democratic stupidity. I just want my country back.

The polititions and bureaucrats that believe, and say, that we can't deport twenty million illegal aliens are absolutely right. Having allowed twenty million people to change the whole labor force of the U. S. at the behest of coporate agriculture, and then to reverse course immediatly and drastically would send this country into a tailspin of epic proportion. But Juan doesn't like farmwork anymore than I do, so he applies to mow lawns and eventually he displaces you in your technical job. How do you keep Juan on the farm? With a visa that says FARM and enforcement. But enablers want more than that. They want amnasty and a horse. Now we got a problem. Two sides trying to get political advantage by pandering and no give in either side. The Dream Act would have passed last year except they loaded it up with amnasty for the very people that brought their anchors with them in the first place, so they got nothing and called us racist. Obama, and Holder are going in the right direction but they are stuck in granny gear, and they like it that way.

That is it in a nushell. The DL issue is what we busy ourselves with while we go down the tubes financialy. It is like a pacifier to a baby or dangling an apple in front of a mule to keep him walking.
Why we dont demand that our leaders address the problems of the State and nation I do not know. I dont think most Americans want the responsibility of freedom. They seem to be happy sitting in front of the TV letting the politicians run amuck.
We didnt get a decent budget, we didnt get the DL issue resolved, we didnt get capitol punishment back, and we generally got the shaft. And Susana sat and smiled while it happened. She let them steal the show so she could gripe about teh Democrats next election. What a poor way to govern and a partisan tactic to get control of our state. We need leadership and not astrategy to gain control by the Republicans.
This was all about politics and very little about issues or what was good for the people.
It is discouraging to see so many people get so up in arms about such a non issue. They are following a plastic carrot dangling from the stick. No real substance, only enough to control them.

Bob: I go to Democratic, Republican, and Libertarian meetings, and speaking only about local political positions, where I attend these meetings, the Democrats are much more pliant towards illegal immigrants. They want to throw them a party. The Republican want to change the subject to, "Do you know what the Democrats did?" but the Democrats are the only ones that have done anything lately. The Democrats deport an illegal alien with a criminal record and two illegal aliens take his place. They hamstring their own process and then they say that the process is slow and difficult. The White House wants to say that it is their exclusive job, well "Get er done," or get out of the way.

I just want you folks in New Mexico to know that you have a beautiful state. You have great people. We love to visit you and hike your parks. I anguish with you for the drug violence that the federal malfeasance has allowed you to be the victims of. I think you are standing tall in the middle of the storm, but this is a problem bigger than you and us. We both are being used, and I am the first to say that my senior senator, Mitch McConnell, from Kentucky is thirty percent of the problem for our problems. Though I have never voted for him, I accept my responsibility and apoligize to you.
