This is oh so typical of the Garza run city that
we all love.

No planning, no coordination just schedule stuff
without seeing how it affects anyone.

It is amazing that the city dolts just can't schedule when schools are out - but always and
you can count on it construction in the city
on roads leading to downtown or NMSU are always
taking place close to school start up.

What happened to the entire summer.

What do you expect this is from the same clown that
planned the Nacho - Lohman screw up.

Maybe be glad that there is actually work out there for some people. I'm sure the workers are appreciative. Unless you want them complaining about how much traffic has to drive around them, that they have to get up hella early, or work outside under the blazing nm sun. Or would you just rather them head to their local human services dept? I think an extra 10 minutes of driving out of your day is worth better roads. Or maybe if you think it should be allocated differently you could just get out there and do it yourself? I think not.
