If Ferri is found not guilty, he should get the money. If he is found guilty, scre w him and his mother.

I thought the Ferri's had no faith in the court system. Isn't that why the Brain Trust took things into his own bloody hands?

Now why do I wonder whether this idi*t has more to worry about than some broken locks? Sounds to me like that entire family doesn't have all of their oars in the water.

POS Family. Hope the victim's families take it all with a wrongful death suit after they convict the goon.

... GO FOR IT, GINO ... sue DASO ... every "disgruntled" customer of Sheriff Todd Garrison's incompetent crony deputy staff has "a beef to pick with them" ... and Gino, if you win your case, have the judgement be that you get to take away ALL THE GUNS from ALL THE DEPUTIES as a response for having all your locks broken ... and as a result of all the recent "inexcusable shooting deaths" that these deputies have caused, they SHOULD NOT be allowed to CARRY GUNS in public if they don't know how to use them properly ...

And I for one will sue GINA the FAIRY for damages I suffered when he exposed me to the gun that he left at the park.

I would encourage all other Dona Ana residents to do same.

How about a class action suit by Dona Ana County residents against him for mental anguish, pain and suffering as well as loss of income he is responsible for, by killing tax-payimg citizens. Add his cost to taxpayers for burning through millions for the investigation. Oh, he probably has a public defender too. The good thing is that he won't last too long in prison around here because they don't like his kind. His mom is just plainstupid for even hanging around these parts.......

I'm on board. Let's also throw in the immeasureable fear that citizens of Las Cruces and Mesilla felt after the brutal murders of 3 people, illegal dumping and that stupid look on his smug face.

Sue taxpayers you moron, ya, that makes sense. Heck, the county could win this one using one of the 3 stooges they have for attorneys easily. At least they'd actually earn their monies for a change. And, next time Gino-wanna-be-a-tough-guy, leave your house open and this won't happen!

Regarding the man accused of the triple homicide near Mesilla that occured in 2010: Mr. Ferri's mother has a lot of chutzpah suing the sheriff's office. The broken locks & window should be the least of their worries. That is NOTHING compared to the 3 people who died.
