Even though the Lorenzo's reataurants in LC have the same name, there's a distinct difference in the service, atmosphere and food quality depending upon the location. I'll stick with the Mesilla location.

Same here. The others, especially on University, have always been a disappointment.

Anyone who puts green chile in lasagna needs to close their doors.

Anyone who doesn't have a green chile menu item in Las Cruces needs to close their doors (and the green chile needs to be hot enough so you can tell that it's there).

It's been a year since I went to the Lorenzo's on University the service and the food were both bad. I will keep going to the Lorenzo's in Mesilla for the food and service.

Anybody who doesn't like green chile needs to move to another city.

I guess that means that Caliche's should close their doors. Seriously, Italian food is not Mexican food and adding Green Chile to Lasagne ruins it. Would you want wasabi in your burrito?

Having nice wine glasses instead of those little tumblers would be a nice upgrade to the atmosphere.

I worked for them for a year as a cook. They didn't close avanti ti save time, they closed it because they've been losing money hand over fist for longer than I worked there. Vince gives thousand s in product away and expects to stay on the green? ha.the lack of innovation, the indifference to a changing foodt scene in lc has left them by the wayside. As for the one in mesilla, th the service is worse, and the foods just as half assed.

This is really sad news. This was our (me/my husband's) most favorite restaurant. The atmosphere inside was so lovely and the food was wonderful!
