Savage.

Lock this loser up for the rest of his life. He obviously can't be rehabilitated and lead a normal life. Too bad the death penalty is not around we can save the tax payers some money and make the world a better place by eliminating this loser.

I dealt with Dominic for several years at Southern when I worked the units he was housed in. Although we had a good rapport, I would trust him about as far as I could throw him (not far!)and I can tell you that even though he always treated me with respect, the public is better off with him locked up. Make no mistake about it, he is a very dangerous person capable of violence and is more likely to be "BUBBA" than to be Bubba's B****!

Can someone tell me the reason that something like this thing is allowed to stay alive and possibly get out again to do the same to another person?

This is so sad to me. This person is a result of having no one in his life giving him love. Abandonment leads to anger which leads to hurting others. This guy could've been just a nice teddy bear kind of guy and a protector to those who he loved. It seems like he wants to return to jail over and over again for some reason? Is there any type of help for mentally abandoned adults in this system? Who knows maybe society and help could turn his mind around and turn him into a good citizen? I know I sure would rather have this guy on my side!!!

sounds like you are the only one that would seem to volunteer to just do what you just recommended. I believe he can be found at DAC Dentention Center before they process him out of Gallup. Maybe you can become pen pals for now, and rehabilitate him to be your husband? I'm sure he's gonna need someone when he gets out if he is still up for women? Or, maybe men? I don't know? You sound like someone very kind and sweet and gentle with lots of compassion and rehabilational skills.

Well I can guarantee you he IS returning to prison and he is never going to get out! Also I hate to tell you this, but no amount of "rehabilitation", "coddling" or "Love" is ever going to turn him around and make him a productive part of society. I know him on a personal level and spoke to him right after he supposedly murdered Adam Avalos and assaulted those detention officers at the county jail and was sent to Southern. I unloaded him from the van with about 5 others officers and have known him and dealt with him since 1999. He will never change and is destined to spend the rest of his life in prison.

This guy wants to get back in prison-he is probably tied to a gang and they need him on the inside.

He was not a validated member of any prison gangs that operate in the state of NM, but he did associate with some. As far as his street affiliation goes, he was cliqued up but doubt that is why he is back in. Had alot to do with drug use and believe it or not, a woman.

He and his brother were involved in the disappearance, rape, and murder of Carly Martinez...Garcia Hall on NMSU is now named after her because she resided there when she was a student at NUMSU....what happened to her was inhumane and sick....these guys do/did deserve to die!

I am not by any means a social worker nor am I looking for a husband!! I just think that people nowadays are raised in a cycle of violence and hate and if someone (perhaps his parents) would've have showed him to simply be nice and caring he wouldn't have gone crazy in his adult life! His parents were probably jacked themselves!! And now look what happens.. he hurt himself, cops, inmates, and now the fam of who he hurt is now angry (or scared) and is gonna go crazy and sooo on!! So thats my point... where does this Psycho cyle end?? It seems like it just keeps multiplying!!

and Mr Garganchuan... it is too late for Dominic... but why not start somewhere in the prison system with trained social workers showing him basic skills and maybe he can turn around and be a advocate against drugs and violence for incarcerated teenage boys who could be headed in the same direction as him!

I don't see how Garcia Hall is named after her. Am I missing something? Anyone have a link to the story about the incident?
