While "interest" is directed towards Gino, let's not forget "dear ole Mom" who is implicit in the lawsuit as well...

This one will end in the Cold Case file with the bowling alley murders. Our sheriff department is way over their heads on this one. Anything more than cat hoarding and busting chicken farmers is beyond them.
Check out the aggressive action of the El Paso Police (joint enforcement) on gangs and border drug violence and then see what is happening on the New Mexico side-nothing. NM law enforcement drive up and down scenic highway 28, twenty-four hours around the clock, while truckers will not stop at area rest stops for fear on robbery (or worse).
Expect more graffiti, drug dealing mexicans and violent crime as hoodlums find a safe refuge in Dona Ana County.
If you think the sheriffs department is doing such a terrible job, you should join the department (if you can) and do a better job. Otherwise don't judge these men who go out everyday and put their lives on the line for our community
just wondering

I support all law enforcement but for the case in point....isn't the LCPD in charge of the bowling murders and the the sheriffs dept.

A hearing in the bankruptcy case was scheduled for April 26. Wonder if the case conveniently goes away now that the creditors have been blown away?

Incidentally, Ferri is also a well-known gun enthusiast.

Of course this is all circumstantial evidence, but it's interesting anyway.

Just checked Susana Martinez' political contribution for DA. Guess what, Ferri made contributions to her. No report on the Governor's race yet. Go to Secretary of State webscite, then to Martinez for DA, then go to last report.
I'll bet a nickle that nothing happens until after the primary election.

You sound very very fat, are you? I mean fat with knowledge. They were laundering money, must have taken too big of a cut. Get ready for a specticle, remember it is an election year.
You're right I am super fat with knowledge.... however, I have no idea about money laundering... want to know what I do know? Keep talking $hit and it all comes out. As for it being an election year, I think that's neither here nor there

What's the background of Gino Ferri? Some Mafia piece of crap? From what part of the country is he from? Does he know Philip Philippou? David Steinborn? John Hummer?
Mafia abounds here and will kill anyone over anything!
He is Mr. Nobody. A wisp of smoke in the air. A bad odor that streams past your nose and then is gone.

THe BIG question is how did the LC Sun News already have a MUG shot on Gino dude?
Maybe when he was arrested for patronizing prostitutes 18 years ago. Not sure if it was on a train or not.

Sounds like you have been in court a lot, were you Embezzling from the bank? Or were you there for other crimes. Let me guess you were a witness all those times you claim to have seem him late.
Hit it right on the nail Juror...but remember, not everyone who goes to court is the defendant:)

Wasn't Ferri the name of a Louisiana pervert involved with Cuban Mafia and the JFK assassination?

No, really.

Back off, naysayers, it can happen!

Never in my life have I known anyone as mean and bad as Gino. Total con man, thief, Will threaten in a heartbeat and kill you faster than that.
Suzanna will get him, but it takes alot of work before you arrest the VILE that Gino is. Just wait and see hes going down and the world will be better for it.
Does anybody know if Gino has ever had a real job or has he always lived at the expence of others??
