File the suit and make it contingent on him being found not guilty. Otherwise go to your dealer and get a few funny cigarettes and lighten your life.

Other than her son, what faults does this lady have? This was her home that was destroyed not his. Seems unfair (at least to me) to have to pay for the sins of the son..

Looks like this guy and his mom are equally worthless. Execute them both, I'd even be happy to do the honors.

Interesting - 19 civil suits in 21 years. Sounds like we have a "serial suer" on our hands. Good people are dead and others defrauded - and this woman is worried about a few locks. Has she no shame?

I bet if someone took the time to look up the circumstances of her civil suits you would see a pattern of fraud. Like mother, like son?

No. That was my word choice at being referred to as a "maggot" for being critical of a POS murderer who would lie in wait and butcher 3 wonderful people simply because he owed them money. Sorry if my intro offended your sense of decorum or political correctness. NOT!!!

Keep in mind that it is her house therefore she should have control of what goes on in her house. That includes letting her deadbeat son store all sorts of stolen things there.
