It' a police officer and you close all streets but if it was any body else give a ticket and let's get going.

It's the police officer's fault for not watching out for the visible obstacles on the road! Please give him a ticket! Any other motocycle driver would get cited for the above mentioned infraction! Furthermore since he has a safety sensitive position: DRUG TEST !!!!!!!!! Automatically, hope the last time he hit the bong pipe was more than 45 days ago?

So many jerks in this state! It's like you are all hoping that police officers get hurt. You are all disgusting! Oh, and quick one, it's spelled MOTORCYCLE!!! My prayers go out to Tony and his family! Here's to hoping for a very quick recovery!

I hope he recovers, but for you to fly over the handle bar and call others disgusting is out of line as well. This deserves to be investigated just like any other accident, and punishment handed out judicially.

It's not out of line if it is justified.

"Saenz, 41, was responding to another crash with his police lights on when he was hit by a truck Friday morning. He was thrown 50 to 60 feet from his motorcycle and was in stable condition Friday."

Sounds like the police officer wasn't at fault to me...These people just assume, because he is a police officer, that he is at fault. That is disgusting!

Seems like this typical behavior for those that were not at the scene of this accident. People ought to be more supportive of our police officers and wih him a speedy recovery.
