False info posted in these logs can really ruin a persons reputation and character.

These idiots that go around busting up other peoples cars are going to hit the wrong vehicle and end up getting hurt. Someone might just have a camera setup and get them on tape or worse.

The following is from the Alamogordo Daily News ..."Michelle Hill, 34, of 27 Calle de Suenos, was issued a citation for cruelty to children. Hill grabbed her son by the back of the neck and arms, leaving visible signs of injury. Hill is to appear in Municipal Court."

I don't know the person or circumstances surrounding this incident.

If this was discipline, I support it. If not, I condemn it.

I know that I have done something similar to my kids when they misbehaved and defied my scolding to stop the behavior. I have also paddled my children, and I am sure that I left marks.

By the way, my children are grown now and I am tremendously proud of them and their accomplishments.

You really should read Lefevre 2005-NMCA-101. There is a difference between Parental Discipline and abuse. If you leave a temporary mark (ie redness) that is not abuse but if you leave a bruise it is. Spanking does not have to leave marks although I do think spanking should be used only as last resort for dangerous behavior. There are many ways to discipline a child without raising a hand that makes the same point.

I am by no means advocating spanking as a sole form of punishment. If someone can raise a child to be a productive, respectful citizen without having to discipline at all, I'm for it. There are many forms of discipline, and if you can get your point across to the child by using time out, toy deprevation, grounding etc., then good for you. I'm not an expert nor do I claim to be one. I'm just stating that IF this was a case of discipline and the parent grabbed the child by the neck and arm and left a red mark, then I understand and have done the same thing.

Michelle should beware, of her husband Seven who likes to sneak behind her back and sext his co-workers who are half his age. While he thinks his stupid haircut matters. He is a cheater, through and through.
