Was that "big stick" what wannabe Chief Harlan was carrying when he made the generous exception for Lucy's?

I know this guy who ,used to work picking up grease from tanks, then after people started doing the bio fuel conversions .he would go to the tanks and they would be empty.I guess they would come get the grease in the middle of the night.I think it would be nice if some of the people around town would offer to pick up the grease free,or maybe the city would convert a truck or two .I really hate to say this but it would be a win win.

Well, it really makes you wonder how the restaurants were signed off on by the city to begin with. As far as I know, all restaurantsí have to be inspected vigorously before being allowed to open and having a grease trap has to be on the list of things to be checked during the inspection, it's common sense because that is how fires get started. Can anyone verify if it is on the inspection list..? There was a place up in CO that decided they would just throw out the grease down the embankment behind their restaurant and sure enough it caught fire and burned down thousands of forest acreage and the fire marshal later discovered that someone had forged an inspection so it could open up on time...!! Every action has a reaction..

Does anyone know why Magic Forest has closed?
And Elena's is closed?

This is not good, people. NOT GOOD.

Magic Forest closed? Not too surprised. The food was ghastly and the place felt incomplete for some reason. I suspect many more businesses will follow, and you're right. It's not good.

I had to put on an extra pair of underwear for my grease trap to be in compliance. Wonder what they are gonna do about all the poopy diapers and chunky tampons that come down the pipe?

Build a wall. That's the Mexican nationals. They don't speak or understand English and they treat everything like a giant dump.
