Sure, pay the township of city but leave all of those poor people that paid him ahead of time for propane, unpaid. How fair is that? They have no recourse and are out of pocket. The city or township are not out of pocket. Those poor people that paid, had to find the means to pay for propane again somehow, to heat their homes and are farmers or retired, or struggling families. Something is wrong with this system!

Coyne Oil in Mt Pleasant owned Miles Propane. ALL PROPANE contracts were honored, and NO propane customers lost any money. Barry Marlow owned Miles Petroleum. Customers of Miles Petroleum that prepaid for diesel fuel or winter fuel oil to heat their homes unfortunately lost their $
