Police: Suspect Uses Car to Injure Officers, Gets Shot Instead

A man is recovering at an area hospital after being shot by Kansas City police. Officers said they stopped the suspect around 1:30 a.m. Monday at Anderson and Wheeling streets in Kansas City, Mo.

How in the world was he set up? The cops made he get in the car and said "I want you to hit us". How crazy does that sound? I don`t think the cops should have used theirs guns either. After all it was only a traffic stop. If anything they should have use the stop sticks. That would have brought th car to a stop WITHOUT anyone getting hurt.

Anyone who's lifestyle is M.O.B. is pretty much a douchebag... Also if he got back into car and hit a car with some other people and possibly some kids and killed them, then that would be okay? Sorry about your sadness LaLa, but this guy is dangerous and I'm glad he will be off the street for a while with his attempted murder of a police officer charge.

You're a ****. Think about it, foot chase, car chase, then trying to run them over. Explain that again...He gets out, they chase him. He gets back in, they chase them. He tries to run them over, so they open fire but he keeps going until his car is disabled. Police officers on paid administrator's leave. just to give you a little update since the media isn't i don't know what their meanings of non life threatening injuries are.. but he was shot in the face twice... he is in critical condition they are performing surgery right now he is been intubated and sedated... they are not certain if there is a brian injury until he is out of surgery.. John's car was shot 36 times by the police. you can't believe everything that is said on the media..

They did use stop sticks genius but you have to be out of the car to deploy them. When he tried to run over the first officer it went from being a traffic stop and resisting arrest by fleeing to aggrivated assault on a law enforcment officer,(violent felony)

how bout they tell how they shot into his car 26 times shooting him once in the face kept chasin him at 25mph til he passed out and they opened fire on him again striking him again in the face where hes now on a breathing machine getting reconstructive surgery all because of improper tags he didnt try and run them over them cowards got mad he ran and like they love and are trained to do they tried to shot to kill not one tire was shot out, out of 26 shots come on now it was improper tags. they should interview me his cousin.not once have we been contacted to ask our side plain out they tried to assasiate him hes blessed to be alive
