[Another strike for hatred]

This is unspeakably sad. I met Dr. Tiller once and there never was a doctor more dedicated to his patients - both the unborn child and the pregnant mother.
He did not play God; he did provide the woman and the family with an opportunity to make their own decision when faced with a horrid, horrid situation.
Operation Rescue's words ring hollow to me. I've seen their demonstrations and the virulent tone and the obstinate refusal to recognize that other religious, moral views are as valid as their own. Their so-called peaceful tactics do fuel the hate and the zealotry of the so-called lone gunman.
