My deepest condolences to Dr. Ramsey's family on his passing. I worked together with him in Elramco Enterprises in the 1990s and had the priveledge of visiting the Pentagon with him while we worked on a government project. Dr. Ramsey was a great historian and I learned to appreciate our nation's history from him. He contributed a great deal as Military Historian for the Pentagon.
