How can you possibly say that this is how it should be done? Thousands of patients stranded is not what I would call a good example of health care. I agree with your points that there are a lot of financial difficulties in running a practice, but this is an example of a practice failure. In the last 4 days I have treated 3 of her patients. They all felt betrayed. This doesnt happen overnight....none of her patients had any warning. This is a clear case of abandonment.

The number of people a doctor has to hire to do all the billing (the rules are so many and one mistake means the doctors does not get paird) causes the medical costs to go up.
How we could use more doctors like Dr. Javier. I am involved in health care in another state and believe me she is an example of how it should be done.

I am a patient cant get my records cant get medications going through things i never new were possible dont know if im going to make it. I SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH MY GUT A FEW MONTHS BACK WHEN I WANTER TO PULL MY KIDS FROM HER CARE. SHE WAS A GOOD DOCTOR, JUST NEEDED BETTER STAFF, NOT AS MANY PATIENTS, AND OBVIOUSLLY MORE MONEY!

I had to call 911 because my daughter was addicted to prescription drugs. 90% of the medications that filled to two paper grocery bags were prescribed by Javier. Humm...you may really know the real deal here. Just wondering....

The idea that you had two grocery bags full of scripts is ridiculous! No pharmacy would even fill them. I really wish those of you who are slandering her with these ridiculous accusations would get a life. This is a person you are talking about-a real person just like you- who has a real life and the things you are saying are hurtful and ludicrous. Personally I have never known a kinder doctor or met a doctor so willing to listen to her patients. Her generosity is what created this situation and I am disgusted by those who took advantage of that generous nature and then turn their backs on her and slander her. Go away.
