Before the borough cleans up officials should determine if Hussein owns the property in event they end having to put a lien on it to recover the clean-up costs. This guy appears to be an oily weasel who'll duck and hide to avoid responsibility.

I saw something on TV once about how you can actually take those old tires and sell them to certain companies. They take and recycle them and make things like those high school tracks and stuff. I wonder how you would go about doing that. If they can't get a hold of this guy they should find out and profit from his junk.

The Supreme Court's decision a year or so back allows property to be sold as it was in Groton. The municipal government there wanted to sell the land to get more tax revenue. One can place a safe bet that Mercersburg isn't earning much on tax from Hussein's property. It's doubtful if Hussein has paid the taxes given that he has been a scofflaw.

The DEP should check out the underground gas tanks at the old Exxon station to see if they are rusted and leaking.

He is fast enough to take the almighty American dollar but cares not about other people's health and our safety.

They may as well just start the cleanup themselves and send him the bill, rather than wait for him to comply!
