How many illegal aliens in the group? Even if they were legal, will they be deported after serving jail sentences because they are criminals?

Arrested on 1/02 2007 and just now sentenced?
The Dockets indicate This guy had 25 Charges of Robbery, Conspiracy, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats and Reckless endangerment in 2 PA Counties and the Judge gives him a one year sentence at the Pine Grove 13th Grade High School for bad boys. What a deterant, no wonder there is so much crime and drug abuse in this area. With such harsh sentencing, I would expect no end to our crime problem in the near future. These Robbers put Our Friends and Neighbors at risk by pointing a gun at them for drug money. One slip of a finger and someone could have been killed.
Hats off to the DA and Judge Herman for making Franklin County a safer place to live.

Walk a mile in their shoes? Are you kidding me? How about walk a mile in the shoes of the people who were threatened with a gun because these guys wanted drug money. I can't believe that you would condone this type of behavior.

I HAVE walked a mile with loved ones in similar situations and being 'accepting' of their behavior only serves one purpose....to make you feel better. They will not learn the error of their ways because you continue to show them love and support. WTH were you when the kid needed some guidance but instead skipped school to rob a bank. Cry me a river already.

The point is that he's finally getting what he had coming to him. Love him all you want...but do it from a distance so the rest of us can go about our lives nto having to worry about your loved one shooting our loved ones.

I would also like to point out that this individual was finally incarcerated 15 months after his crimes. 15 MONTHS of walking around free while some poor bank teller has nightmares nightly over his days of fun. There is no such thing as a speedy trial in Franklin as long as they allow the word 'continuance' to exist in the English language. THAT'S why it took so long to get this one into jail.

To the person who asked I don't believe any of the individuals involved were found to be illegals.

Wrong is Wrong no matter how you justify it to yourself. This guy is a criminal and will be back in prison again. Guys like this end up stocking shelves at Wal Mart.

FIRST OFF, This individual never stepped foot out of the vehicle nor did he point a weapon at anyone!!! Now that you know this, oh sorry to make you look stupid by not knowing the facts, but anyhow. I know for a fact none of you know this individuals past because none of you would make the judgements that I thought only GOD made, but apparently we have GODS walking around in our community!! It only takes one to corrupt another, we all have been corrupted in one way or another.People don't think before they talk. This guy is serving time, just as he would have 15 months ago. If he was really that kind of person to do such violent things he had plenty of time to act out again and again and again, BUT he is not that type of person. Well with that said everyone should now have a better idea on the facts of situation, UNLESS you are one of those GODS we have in our so JUDGEMENTAL COMMUNITY!!!!

I actually do know this individual and have had many conversations with him in the past. I looking back at those conversations he is a chronic liar, he lies about employment, family, even things like cars. An accomplice in 5 armed robberies shows He has obviously has no morals (once is a mistake, five means you see nothing wrong with it.) All these years of Bible study and not a thread of morality. The Brethren do not appreciate the fact that you relate to people that do not share your opinion as GODS. There is but only one God and only he will judge.

The law states that it doesn't MATTER if he stepped out of the car or not.(You are simply trying to downplay his role in all of it, obviously.) The law says that if he took part, it's viewed by the legal system as if he held the gun. Sure - let's blame it on undue influence from the guys he was hanging with. Blame it on the rain if you...that don't make it so.

Let's not kid ourselves. He IS that type of person. He didn't continue to commit these acts because he KNEW he was being watched by the popo.

As for Gods....your God is not my God and how dare you try to push your religion on me. Your religion obviously didn't do this young man any good. Years of perfect parental guidance and Sunday School got him 1-5 times 2.

Way to go "HEY CONCERNED", you have just insulted all the hard working, honest people who stock shelves at Wal Mart!! I personally shop at Wal Mart and appreciate all the hard work that their employees do (and they are people of all ages and gender) not criminals!!

Concerned probably meant that the only place they can get jobs with a criminal record are places like WM....dead end jobs for a lot of people. But then again it's only a dead end if you allow it to be one. One would think a young man that is what 19, 20? would want a little more for himself than a prison records and a life in a shack on Ft Loudon Rd.
