Yes, I would like to see full charges pressed against this person.
What a joke.

She should face charges of filing false police reports, along with having to pay restitution for the cost of trying to locate her. Doesn't she realize that she may have kept others from getting the law enforcement help they needed? There has been WAY too much of this over the past few years and they don't even get a slap on the wrist. too bad this is not a felony charge.

Wow kidnapped AND raped. I wonder if they would be SO forgiving if an innocent man had been arrested for her rape? After a few million dollars in a false arrest settlement, not from her, but the city, oops another deficit increase in the budget, this will just make the next kidnap/rape allocation less believable or less likely for the authorities to pursue. ALL BECAUSE SHE DROPPED OUT OF SCHOOL?

This poor stupid girl is never going to be able to get a job. You know how employers these days search Google and look at the Myspace and Facebook page of potential hires? This idiot is going to have a real tough time.
"So, would you describe yourself as dependable, and trustworthy?"
She's still can't top the runaway bride Jennifer Wilbanks. Remember her? She only got probation, community service, and fine. And she was on the run much longer than this kid.

While I feel for the parents and their missing child, it's a bit much to blame the authorities for her disappearance. Society cannot babysit everyone and keep them from harming themselves. Massive sums of money and time have been expended in the search for her. If we held all bi-polar people in jail until somebody picked them up, there would be a million people in California jails alone.

Unfortunately, most people are now whiners, always looking to blame someone else.

Just make her pay (for the overtime) the deputies who worked. And she should do some PSA about missing children and tell the public that "missing child" is not a joke.
There are many parents who still wonder about the fate or well being of their own child. I hope all the parents have a happy ending, like the girl they found in S.F. after many years.

You know why it's really old? because it's not your family member. If you redneck racist bastards stop molesting, killing, and over using your badges in authority people would be protected. Back in the 70's officers walk the streets of downtown and escorted the elderly across the street. In other words people gave a damn. I long for the day something happens to someone in your family and the police, paramedic or anyone could have helped stand there and watch your 2 year old child get molested and protect the person who did it. You must be a priest Reality speaks wrote: <quoted text>This Richardson stuff is getting old.
