Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke calls the stretch of interstates around the city "Death Valley." That's because of the large number of drunken drivers using the roads.

It is obvious they are not going to change their ways at that point and should never be allowed a drivers licence or licence plate in any state. Our citizens need to learn that obeying the law is not an option but a must!
