A state appeals court upheld sanctions Tuesday against a pharmacist who refused to dispense birth control pills to a college student and wouldn't transfer her prescription elsewhere.

That's horrible! At least give this girl her prescription back so she can go somewere else-somewere reputable that wouldn't deny her basic civil rights!! No pharmacist would do that to a man with a Viagra Rx!! I dare you to provide an example of that!

Good! The pharmacist had absolutely no right to withhold this woman's BC because of HIS religion. How ridiculous is that? Don't want to dispense BC pills to college students? DON'T BE A PHARMACIST!

Suppose the guy didn't believe drugs is the cure for ones' mental illness, and didn't "religiously" agree with prescriptions of valium, or other mental illness drugs. This could enter into an opening of a Pandoras' Box in the drug presciption area. Thank-you Appeals Court.
