Just like the stimulus "shovel ready" jobs, short term employment.
After a couple of months, back to unemployment.

Great news!

Temporary jobs, minimum wages, no benefits.

The Republi-thugs win again. They will do everything they can to prevent people from making a living wage and receiving benefits.
