Yea, we will see if Karl Kelz will win all right! Just look at all that has been going on with him for years, and instead of doing the job and bringing to justice murders that walk among us now Kelz was nuts going after employees and people he did not like who stood up to him, playing all sorts of lying games using the office. And Kelz do you think that if you get back in this will go away, it will not, the people want accountability, what you did was wrong.

this is about District Attorney Karl Kelz and the bomb scare, and it says:

"by his own admission, the District Attorney enjoys dominating women" look at the two sets of women he ran out of their jobs because he thought they were after him, he called them spies. not to mention all the other people he has gone after using the office to destroy their careers and lives and bring significant harm using the office.

Maybe because when unstable people like you come here and rant but yet fail over and over again to provide a shred of evidence, it simply looks like the DA has been doing his job but pissing of the dirtbags and those who think they are above the law in the county. Taylor County has needed a shakeup for some time and it's good to see the DA doing just that.

I read the article you talk about from Examiner.com . I also see it was written by Jerri Cook. Isn't this the same jerri cook that the DA has prosecuted? Isn't this also the same jerri cook who comes here as RFDAmerica? A disgruntled criminal and a disgruntled former cop aren't the most credible/reliable relayers of fact. Simply because they know how to use the Internet doesn't mean their accusations are true.
In fact, I think because over the years here and hundreds of posts of unproven facts, I thinks its more likely that a couple of you can't get on in your lives.
Like I said before, you're all the help the DA needs to win re-election.

In reviewing more comments on District Attorney Karl J. Kelz appears he has abused his position. In reflecting on his actions, he has spent more time attacking people who he views as a treat to his position compared to the time he has spent prosecuting cases. I found out he has a poor conviction rate and a high number of dismissed cases and unprosectuted serious crimes like the un solved murders. In general District attorney has done a unfavorable job and I think there is merit for a no confidence vote. It appears a first year law clerk would be able to do the same job District Attorney Karl J. Kelz has done during his employment.

yes, alot of people know now how misleading and what a lying District Attorney Karl Kelz has been and is, it is a pattern and long history with him. that is why this blog is here to warn people about Kelz.

you have to be careful and do not trust this Karl Kelz until we get him out of office. and yes he will support you in law braking in order to get a conviction and then lie and throw you to the wolves this is a pattern with him.

Reasons why Karl Kelz is unfit for office and incapable of continuing in the office of District Attorney for Taylor County Wisconsin. Public confidence is bad here, so many problems with Kelz, his bad judgement, he has recklessly gone after so many employees and officials here. Kelz is a abusive and lying district attorney and the people need someone in that office the people can trust again. Just look at Karl Kelz’s reckless actions. We need the highest standard of integrity and we lack that with District Attorney Karl Kelz of Taylor County WI.

*KARL KELZ’S INABILITY TO PROSECUTE HIGH SERIOUS CRIMES, a number of murders go un prosecuted here because Karl Kelz was too busy using and abusing the office to go after employee’s who he thought were threats to his career or who he did favors for others to get rid of certain people so that those people would scratch his back and keep him here. Kelz ran five women that I know of from that office using the office and threatening them that if they did not leave he would charge them, they just left. I could see one or two bad ones maybe but this many women something is wrong and it is not the employees but it is Kelz who has gone amuck. One women Kelz called a spy, that is why he had to get rid of her. If really looked into people would see Kelz abused the office and these people did nothing wrong. Kelz also used the office to threaten public officials he did not like and thought were dumb. KARL KELZ HAS THIS OFFICE SO BADLY RUN, A DISGRACE TO THE OFFICE WITH ALL HIS ABUSES. They said Kelz spent a lot of time surfing the web for personal on taxpayer time. They said “Karl Kelz did not want to spend time on prosecutorial work, he would rather waste his time running ridiculous investigations on people. This chief was on the county board and people were coming to him with frustration about Kelz and the cops, he brought the concerns to the county board and Kelz turned around and charged the chief with misconduct in office. KARL KELZ LIED TO THE MARSHFIELD PAPER AND TOLD THEM THE CHIEF HAD LONG HISTORY AND WENT TO THE WOMAN’S HOUSE TO GET HER TO COMPLAIN, THAT WAS NOT TRUE HE HAD NO HISTORY AND HE WAS NEVER AT HER HOUSE AND SHE CAME UP TO HIM IN PUBLIC AND THIS CAME OUT IN THE COURT PROSEDING. THAT IS THE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH KARL KELZ HE CAN’T BE TRUSED HE WILL LIE TO MAKE HIS CASE AND DO ANYTHING TO ATTACK SOMEONE USING THE OFFICE. Kelz sent a message to the people of FEAR AND SMEAR if you speak up with problems against him and his buddies. The charges were dismissed when a judge put together what Karl Kelz did and warned the prosecution that if they continued it could be them with charges and that maybe someone should go back and see if this should have been charged in the first place, Kelz was placed on probation then. Of course no one wanted to go back and see if the charges by Karl Kelz should have been charged in the first place. This placement on the Diversion program was for all the people that Kelz’s paranoia and attacks have harmed, the only problem is Kelz should have been removed from office then for all the attacks and problems Kelz has brought here and for all the people he has caused to loose their jobs, there are many, and all the people he has unfairly charged or attack using the office. *Many of Karl Kelz’s charges lack legal merit and many charges were just thrown out there by Kelz just because he can. KARL KELZ’S HISTORY IN OFFICE IS JUST DISCUSTING. I will never forget about Karl Kelz attacking an elderly man from the Gilman area, he tried to talk to Kelz but Kelz would not listen. This elderly man was never in trouble and it almost killed him when Kelz had him booked and finger printed. Kelz recklessly charging him when all the man did was volunteer. Instead of making sure that the charges were appropriate and had merit and know the whole story and get the facts first Kelz just goes off and charges and will back peddle later. this is how Kelz operates with most of the cases. the charges had to be dismissed later like so many of his charges. Kelz does not care about the truth and will do anything to win like he says he has to look good at all costs.

If district attorney Karl Kelz did wrong or harmed you unethically I would write to the Office of Lawyer Regulation and tell them. I would also write your Senator and Congressman to let them know.

If you know others let them know spread the word, Kelz has done very unethical and dirty things to people here. And tell other people if they been harmed by dirty Kelz to report him, then they can't say you didn't say anything when this all comes around on Kelz. sooner or later we will get rid of the piece of trash from office and get descency back again.

yes kelz is misleading and lies. he has done this quite a bit with people.

kelz allowed a man who beat up another man and woman to enter false testimony just so kelz could go after this other man that was beaten up also. kelz knew it was a lie and allowed witness to lie under oath.

this has happened to a number of people now, kelz coharts with criminals and allows them to lie for reduced charges and to chump up more charges on someone else. and kelz knows they are lieing, he gets and helps them to lie.

kelz has told women that were beaten that maybe they deserved it. he does not care for their safety.

i believe it is a crime for a DA to lie and do this. why isn't anything being done???????

District Attorney Karl J. Kelz does not have the mental capacity to do the job. MURDERS HAVE GONE FREE BECAUSE OF DISTRICT ATTORNEY KARL KELZ OF TAYLOR COUNTY WISCONSIN. Kelz abused the office targeted and attacked the former chief (just like he did to a number of other employee’s costing them their jobs and then threatening charges if they don’t go away) but Kelz was so obsessed, paranoid and hateful when this chief stood up to Kelz’s lies when Kelz cost him his job unethically, that Kelz had to show him and turned around and maliciously and vindictively using the position charged the chief with misconduct in office for bringing to the attention of the county board that people were coming to him about problems with law enforcement.

RECKLESS BEHAVIOR IN OFFICE AND KELZ SHOULD HAVE LOST HIS JOB BUT ALL HE GOT WAS A TAP ON THE HAND AND PUT ON PROBATION FOR A YEAR BY THE OFFICE OF LAWYER REGULATION FOR HIS UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR TOWARD THE CHIEF, Kelz grabbed the deal real fast. Kelz abused that position maliciously and there should NOT have been a second chance, he gave his victims no second chance, kept on attacking using the office, Kelz should have been Removed from office right there and then for all he has been doing. Kelz abused that position and did it intentionally and laughed that he can hide behind the immunity of that office. This loop hole in immunity for that office has to close so mentally unstable abusive power hungry people like Kelz can’t get into that position andabuse that position and do this to the public. Kelz abused and misrepresented his position and must go.

Just despicable that Kelz has been lying in office and getting criminals to lie for him or cornering and intimidating and bullying the common person to lie for him or else he will charge them. so Kelz gets more convictions and getting certain cops like Deputy Amus Balsis to do his dirty work on the stand and then Kelz feeds em a little cookie. Do they know they are aiding and abiding a fraud? Like Kelz said who are the people going to believe, they are going to believe him he is in a prestigious position of power.
