Not hard to get 25,000 radicals together in Madison. I've had to sacrafice in the PRIVATE sector for last 2 years - its time!

Biases source. You pretty much have to take away a lot of collective bargaining rights if you want to keep it under control, or the process will be impeded and sidestepped by the Unions (kind of like the illegal strike). The state should be in charge of state employees anyway.
