Labor Union Asks Milwaukee Technical College to Stop Training Program
Milwaukee Area Technical College is being asked by a labor union to halt a customized welder-training program that union members say is preparing nonunion workers to replace them at Caterpillar Inc.'s South Milwaukee manufacturing plant in case of a strike next month.

That's like burglers asking a gun shop not to sell bullets to individuals because they want to rob them.
The company is doing the right thing by preparing to maintain its business during a possible strike. Why should they NOT be allowed to train who-ever they want?
