How is the cost of the renovation in ANY way related to how much you get paid? According to your way of thinking, if the roof does not need to be repaired, you should get paid more?!?! If you are not happy with what you make, YOU are the one that has to change that!

Someone that uses a cash register and folds clothing should feel lucky to be making $7.75/hour.

Unless this place carries 3X and 4X sizes, they'll never see most of York Countians enter the place.

common sense soldier is clueless. Kohls does more business than any store in York, except maybe crappy Wal-Mart.

Yeah, that's why Walmart had $100,000,000,000 in sales the past quarter, because they're crappy.

Sorry, but Kohl's does NOT carry 3X or 4X for big and tall men.

Only the York paper would have a headline that says Kohl's is opening a new store and then in the body of the story have a quote from Kohl's denying that any decision to open a new store has been made.

Great point! You'd think that with channel 8 reporting a few months ago that nearly 70% of York/Adams/Lancaster county residents are overweight or obese, that they would do the smart thing and stock the sizes necessary to cash in on that. The clothing manufacturers they carry do make larger sizes, but Kohl's and some others just can't grasp concept. Bon-Ton used to carry big & tall, but dropped it, mainly because they can barely manage to get anyone in their stores with the prices they charge, let alone bigger folks. Meanwhile J.C. Penney's and some other stores are capturing that big & tall market and raking in the money from it, creating revenue in the currently down market.

Kohl's does carry limited inventory of men 3x and 4x as well as womens 2x and 3x in their stores. Their on line store carries a complete selection of the above sizes.

How is it not related? The renovation costs are essentially the same as upfront costs for opening a new store. The end result is having that money to do so. You're silly, who doesn't complain about how much money they make or lack thereof that is. Geesh.

No Todd, Wal-Mart does 1 billion in sales because all you dumb red necks follow just like the cattle you raise. You buy crappy clothes that last 3 months and then buy the same crappy clothes again. Just keep pouring money into the same broken system. Just like you get enjoyment out of cars going in circle for hours and buy whatever your "drive" tells you to by. So if you stop sucking your mom's tit and get an education you could learn more that "turn left, turn left, turn left, PIT!!!"

Remember that ever time you buy from Wal-Mart you are supporting child labor in China, Indonesia, and a lot of other third world countries.

What narcotic are you on? I'm sure I have achieved a higher level of education than you.
