There are many cute and carefully framed photographs which actually hide the urban sprawl communities that take up most of the land in Menifee valley. A simple drive around will cement the reason a number of the indigenous residents are opposed to further housing development. Housing sprawl was mandated by Sacto. The afternoon "habitation haze" can be seen and smelt from Heritage Lake to Audie Murphy. Hi-density housing development is already ongoing in the city's effort to pack more human bodies into this once rural community.
