Has anyone noticed that this complex has attracted more garbage rather than nice families or hard working folks. All I ever see in there are young punk kids, dope smokers, gang members, tweekers and everything other than good people. What is the management in that complex doing about all of this. I have a friend that lives there who is a single mother and works two jobs. Her garage was broken into and she is afraid to go to the pool or gym at night because there are always thugs and young punk kids hanging out there smoking dope and vandalizing the complex. And they have one security guard who sits there and watches them do this. Really, I have a serious concern for my friend there and any others who want to enjoy a nice quiet apartment living. Menifee is a great area and nice family orieted community and I figured when they built that place that the prices for rent and style of living would be too expensive for the trouble to move in. Is management there lowering thier standards to anyone can move in. How about screening these folks before the get an apartment. How about monitoring behavior of the tenants that live there. What about police cruise thrus to keep out the garbage and help get the unwanted evicted out of there. This complex is depreciating the value of Menifee Homes in the area. I thought this would be great for students from the college to have a place close to school to live but even they are moving out of there to avoid all of the trash. Will Menifee be the next Perris because of trahy apartment complex's?

I have lived in the Enclave apartments for about 4 months. Within these first months my car has been broken into twice while under a car port with lights on it. Management does nothing. Expensive rent, gated community, security cameras, security guard all for what? One of the worst places I have lived thus far in my life.

i have had the worst living experience here. We have lived here over 2 years and it sucks. My car was broken into under the car port, only looked thru my glove box, nothing stolen, weird... Every flippin neighbor we have had also sucked, loud music, dope smokers, young kids. Management is quick to do nothing even after I noted in our lease about people not allowed to live there if they are not in the lease ( my x- neighbors were underaged and left before their lease and let their friends live there) I hate this complex and warn anyone wanting to live here. And calling Kathy in the vages office doesn't help either, Oh and the dog poop on the grass and walk ways. Security is not on site. Can't use amenities after 6 pm because it has been vandalized too many times, and we pay for them.... Just beware and Peggy the office manager is to busy with her personal life in the office if you ever noticed.... I would love to bring my kids to work with me.....

We stayed there for about 5 months while our house was being built and I did noticed how many punks were roaming around and grabbing on girls, smoking and anything else. All this right around the office and nothing being done about it.

I have been living here for almost 1.5 years and it is getting worse everyday. It is starting to become a ghetto area. We got broken into our apartment while we were asleep. Almost shot the guy when I chased him out. Car got broken into. Noisy neighbor. The rent is expensive and getting worse. For those who could afford a home or condo, I think you could benefit better than living in this dump. Do not believe what you see online or make a visit. Talk to people who live there and this site is a good place to exhange info.

We have lived at the Enclave going on 2 years. We have never had any issues while living here, we use most of the ammenities. I do get concerned about all the children running around un supervised though. They ride their bikes in the street and some of them are not over 5 years old. But unfortunatley the office can not do anything about all these things because of the FAIR HOUSING LAW and they cannot do anything about parents that don't watch their children.

My wife and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. When we first moved in the complex was quite nice (mostly due to the fact that there was hardly anyone living here) but within the last year especially the quality of living has decreased greatly. Not only are most of our neighbors loud, 1 of them actually being someone that works in the front office, but the party and noise factor is non stop night after night. As was said in previous posts, the kids are taking over the place, wandering all over the property, damaging the community areas. My wife used to be able to work out early in the morning but can no longer do so because of the lock down on the amenities. The pool is always full of people drinking alcohol and I have almost hit kids twice because they were laying down in the road. Fortunately we have recently purchased a home and will be moving shortly and this place wont be missed. It's truly a shame that the management has taken a role in the decline of this complex and that so many lower class people have taken over. I just feel terrible for the homes that border these apartments and the noise they have to put up with, I simply wouldn't tolerate it if I owned my own home.

Sounds like every apartment I've ever lived in. As people move out and "up" it leaves only the low-lifes behind. YES, children need quality supervision, guidance, ROLE MODELS and something constructive to do... This requires more than a parking lot

Myra, When the first comment reads "Menifee is a great area" and "This complex is depreciating the value of Menifee Homes in the area." I would assume it is MENIFEE!!!

I have lived in the Enclave apartments (Menifee California)for one year it was nice at first, but now there is nothing but loud parties. It is true the apartment manager does nothing about the noise and disorder. There have been loud parties right under me every day for the past 3 weeks till 1 and 2 in the morning. They throw beer cans all over the car port overhang and threw an entire garbage bag full of empty beer cans on to the car port overhang. Just last night 6/8/2007 they stole street signs (stop sign and calle aranda)and put them up on their property. Management remains quiet and un-impressed. Perhaps this is considered normal by Enclave standards? In response to Benny it is not easy to just pick up and move all the time. It is expensive and time consuming.

Are you tired of thoughs full nights of sleep? Want to get away from all that rest and relaxation? Well wipe thoughs worries away and sign up for Enclave in Menifee today. Ever wonder what it would be like to live in a boom box? Well now you can. We have a new apartment opening up soon with all the amenities loud rap music, ill-bred laughter, plenty of screaming and howling through out the night. Most nights you can just sit and listen to the live band practice just several feet away in the adjacent residence. Not up for music tonight? Just kick on your dirt bike and feel free to tear it up around the backside parking lot with the others. Oops, 1:00 in the morning. Hey, no problem at Enclave in Menifee. We even come complete with a guy who drives around reciting obscenities on a megaphone built-in under the hood of his truck. Ahh what luck! Done with your beer? I guess you just throw the can off your patio into the street or onto the carport roof, no more of all that garbage can hassle. I called the complex for my neighbor and they we happy to come pick up after them with no bother at all to the neighbor. To this day you can still just throw beer cans, chewing tobacco cans, and cigarette butts. So what are you waiting for! Take your brain out, fill your empty head with beer and come on down today there is never a shortage of openings.

Why don't the owners of the complex do something about this? Don't they care that their investment is going down the tubes or that they are definitely breeding bad neighbors to the nice area of Menifee Lakes? Have the owners even commented as to why they aren't trying to make radical changes?

I had a relative spend the weekend here with me and she said it was like she was in New Orleans on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras when she was trying to sleep. Oh, and security came knocking on my door and scared the heck out of us to say my dog was barking and disturbing the neighbors, which it wasn't. Good thing we have security to come and scare us in the middle of the night while the loud parties are going on (one being an office employee). Other than that, I feel pretty safe here and overall do like living here. Can't really use the jacuzzi, too crowded with non-residents hopping the fence to get in.

It's funny how you say that poor Menifee Lakes! When it's their trash of people that come over to The Enclave and take advantage of the amenties! There's been plently of proof of those people coming over here and the children they are suppose to be taking care of are ruining it for everyone else!! You need to get your FACTS straight before you make an assumption.
