Instead, they should call in the bull dozers to "redo" that micro, third-world-country. I hope the property owners are picking up that tab.

Rob, really? I didn't realize that anyone in Hemet was in a position to criticize anyone. Not everyone in Quail Valley wants to live in a run-down community.

When I was looking around for a home a few years back I was given a decision...Either pay an extra $10,000 added to the new homes we were looking at or possibly be assessed $1000 per year for 10 years on older homes which was still using a septic system to be hooked into the sewage system in the future. (This was not a home in Menifee) I ended up purchasing in Menifee and am paying a large Mello Roos for the new utilities and schools that had to be built. I sure hope we don't have to pay for someone elses hook up.

I bought 1.01 acres in Quail Valley in 1989 and now it is worthless due to the stupidity of Riverside County allowing the small parcels to have septics. Almost all the parcels on my street (Cheryl Dr.) have homes but since 2006 (actually 2 buyers for my lot were told prior to the moratorium that no new building was allowed due to septic tank issue).
So, my lot that had perked and had grading permits in 1992 is now WORTHLESS due to the septic moratorium.
My lot and the others on Cheryl have and can use septics. I am being held HOSTAGE! If this went to court there would be found that my FOURTH AMENDMENT rights are being infringed: illegal seizure/devaluation of property!!
The lot was in escrow in 2005 but again the septic debacle and the useless idiots at Riverside and their "septic mistakes in 1960 etc." caused the sale to fail.
As far as I can determine there is NO PLAN to put sewers in my area but have placed a no build on my property for over EIGHT YEARS.
Any attorneys interested in contingency as I have been on disability for 6 years?
