It looks like the community college district is posturing for a police services contract with the sheriff's department. It makes since. At least the tiny department wouldn't be mis-managed as it previously was under the last two chiefs.

about time people are finally coming out talking about this kind of stuff because things like this happen all the time& lots of deputys,ect get away with it& think they still can but they will all surely get what is coming to them.

about time a criminal Police Chief is goign to pay his stuppidity. This people some times think that they are above the law. This guy is not the only one. There is several others at other colleges . This guys can not be real cops, so they go to the colleges and act like the real. The power get to them and there you have a problem. The fact is that college and school police are not city police and their jurisdiction is limited. I read the San jacinto Police website and I couildn't believed what I read. The campus police used to respond to city calls and and Kevin said that his department was just like the Sheriff's. I San jacinto college is going to hire a new Chief, the college should hire a chief that has campus police experience. I really believed that the state should investigate all the colleges and find out how they spend the money from tax payers. If imake these comments is because I know for a fact of the corruption in this little departments and some times cover ups by the administrators.

1,200 vehicles towed. Deporting ice cream vendors back to their country ( Mexico?). Harassing employees. Over 95 % of arrests made OFF campus in about four years? Free food at local restaurants. Real nice Segawa. You have a priority to the students and staff at the college. The College is your number one concern. Meet and greet staff and students. Who was checking the checker? And now the College thinks they did the right thing, by bringing in an Intern Chief with over 20 years of experience on the STREETS! with No or minimal experience on a college campus. Watch him closely. I guess you’ll have more problems in the future at San Jacinto College. College is just that Segawa. Kids making mistakes but trying to go to school. Sprit of the law if you can apply it. Letter of the law use with reason. Segawa, learn from your mistake which cost you $103,000 a year. Was it worth it. You were a CAMPUS COP. All you had to do was come in, say hi to everyone, and be seen and deter crime on campus. If I could find justice for anyone in this whole matter is the poor guy you had deported who was trying to make an HONEST living selling ice cream- Sweet .

Kevin I guess the **** hit the fan. You always presented yourself as a Veteran Cop and to find out that you are just a wannabe!!! Not only have you hurt the people at the college but you have unfairly judged people in your personal life. Sooner or later the truth comes out!!!! I can't really I am sorry for you or Dawn but your poor son has to now deal with this in school and with his friends. I do feel sorry for him!!! I always found it funny that the Police Chief was having illegal gambling parties at his home. Isn't that a crime too???? You reap what you sew Mr. Segawa, you reap what you sew!!

Dawn knew everything that went on with her husband I done't feel sorry for her she brought this on herself!She knew about the ice cream, the special treatment that they and Morgan towing had. She was going to pay for a car from the Morgan's towning for her daughter. She looked up people info with out a cause. She also broke the law or is she untouchable too like her husband!!She acts like she is innocent but not!! They have very disgraceful parties at thier home knowing her kids were home!! What kind of mother does this!!It's sad that everyone thinks that she had nothing to do with what her husband did! They both are guilty

The IRS needs to investigate and audit Pirot’s towing since they demanded that all towing and impound fees were to be paid in cash.
How did the genius SJPD, aka RSO, allow all this corruption to occur right under their noses? Maybe more corruption is buried there also.
