David Koch is struggling to keep his home in Mendota Heights. And he's doing his best to keep his popular restaurants - Seven Steakhouse and Seven Sushi - emerging from bankruptcy and drawing patrons in a tough market.

These people were unable to keep finances and personal relationships separate, and had no business taking such a high risk investment. Besides, it's the nightlife baby, and turnover is inevitable. They should've sold it at it's peak and/or gotten better advice from a corperate lawyer. Block E is going down the tubes anyways, so who shall we point or fingers at next?

Remember in the article he said ( she was in a business and knew it) Then he said it's between kery and her son ! Make up your mind David!!! Who was it ? You Or kerry or both? The seven units are popular but popular does not mean they are full every night or on the dining list of the 95% of minnesotans who do not eat downtown mpls. Popular is very subjective.
