It'll be at least two months before a Winnebago County court determines whether an early 2008 homicide case will go to a jury trial.

This is an outrage.Can this Judge NOT see what this Eric dude is doing?How many Attorney's have quit/been fired? What about the Remy family,who would like to put this to rest? And this is the legal system we are to put our trust and faith in? LIke I said it is an outrage and almost a crime for this to continue in this manner
