This one smells a lot like rotten eggs, with some rotten politics thrown in. First, we have a Hispanic, more than likely an illegal Hispanic, that was arrested for breaking a law, and, then, instead of being thrown out of the US and sent back to where he came from, he files a complaint on a Law Enforcement Officer. I guess he might not like American Cops, but I bet he loves the Ultra Liberal Bleeding Heart Judges who turns him loose. I wonder what he was arrested for, and was the Feds Notified if he was an Illegal..........NOT!!!!!!!

The whites are never to blame for their crimes...It was the illegals' fault that the white officer broke the laws he took an oath to uphold. BULL Shinola!!!!! A criminal is a criminal, white, black, puerto rican or asian!!!!!! But no hate comments posted from the hate cronies on this one...and the beat goes on

You are missing the point by focusing on the illegal question. Where would you draw the line? Would it be okay for a officer to shake me down if I were breaking the law for speeding, or would it have to before serious like a felony DUI?

just because somebody says the officer took money means its true? he may just be pissed that he got arrested and is looking for payback.

He said versus he said. Unless there's more to the story, which doesn't seem to be, this isn't how you 'investigate' something like this. This doesn't help the officer, if he is innocent, or the Hispanic, if he had money taken.
If you really want to know if any wrongdoing is being committed, you investigate by not telling any anyone and set him up to see if anything is taken.
Just keep in mind that these illegals are coached on how to stay in the US if they get caught up in the legal system.
Unless there's proof or a track record, this is a non-story.

Oh, and another thing...if its one allegation made by one complainer, the article shouldn't have 'allegedly took money from local Hispanics-in the area'. Makes it sound like many complaints...understand Channel 3?
If you guys need someone to write some decent articles for ya, just let me know.

Not just one complaint, more like 12 or 13.

If you are not an American Indian, you are illegal and uninvited. So cut the racial bull because it only brings out the nuts and creat crime.Lets see what is revealed by the investigation. If you were a c- or less student you are the ones they are trying to incite. Nuts are life time followers. Remember: If your yearly income is less than $200,000 you are a democrat by default or an idiot.Don't be a part of the hate movement, be a part of the human elevation movement. Why do the middle class and poverty stricken whites support the republicans? The answer is, they look like them. Is that enough? You be the judge. I await a debate!!!!!!

The officer was charged with 13 counts..... I dont think it was the illegals fault. That's just silly.

As long as you all just talk back and forth it's on thing, but when u start naming names it's slander/libel. These men all have families. And regardless of how you may feel about them, it's wrong to just throw there names out accusingly when you don't know the truth. Let the investigation tell the truth!

While the FBI is here they should look into a certain Constable who rides a cycle and you see him at C Baby's, Freddie T's and Cherry's all the time. He tips off C Baby's and Freddie T's when there are road blocks set up. He thinks he is God's gift to women, hits on every woman and is married too. I also hear he takes pay offs. This corruption in Corinth has got to stop. FBI please stay and clean our City up for us. We have no one else that will.
