It is very Clear that Memphis is Controlled by the Memphis Mafia. Everywhere you go in Memphis and talk to local Business people they tell you that you can not start a Business in Memphis unless you get permission from the Mafia/Beale Street Managment. They tell you that Beale Street controls anything that goesa on in Memphis. Being Black I am told that the Beale Street Mafia hates black people That is why all the Black people have been removed from Beale Street along with the Blues and the White Bands have came in with the Rock music.
Memphis we need to remove the Mafia from our City and take Beale Street bacl in Honor of our fathers that made Beale Street a National Historical place.

In 1998 I showed up at Handy Park with an Accustic Guitar, and $4 the Musicians took me in and gave me a guitar amp and guitar. I enjoyed playing and starting my life over Handy park was a woodshed a learning and healing place for musicians, for over 200 years. In 1999 I played the last show in that Historic Park. for a year we played outher places then they put up a Prison System I played the First Show on that stage. Then I noticed that the mood had changed from Free and Happy to controlled. In my opinion Greed took away the Black Heraitage from the Public Park. Lets face the facts Blues and Country gave us Rock. I have watched men with Great Talent Die on Beale St. Musicians who were loved and respected by all, most players who stayed were at one time Famous or working for Famous people I have seen all the Bands on that Street if it wasnt for those Musicians setting the pace there wouldnt be a Prison System there today. The Powers that be saw Money and forgot the 200 years and all those musicians. I watched Die for nothing it was Drugs and Alcohol provided by the owners. I was rescued by an agent who had noticed me, and couldnt beleave we played for free while they did $22,000 per day. Just add it up. So we played for the people and they gave of there on free will and bought our cassets and CD,s. Its Sad that Money can by 200 years of what made the Music what it is today.

This should have happened years ago. The Beale St Management has destroyed Memphis' Beale Street entertainment district and Businesses in downtown Memphis. The Beale St management is also known as the Memphis Mafia which controls everything that goes on in the Memphis area. If you don't let the Beale St Management control you’re Business, get their cut of your profits then you are out of Business quick. I can write Books on the actions taken by the Memphis Mafia. The Mafia owns the police which you have to pay bribes and the Beale St Police enforces the Mafia’s policies. I have seen the Beale St Cops ride their Horses inside clubs to make a point that they could do whatever they wanted. The people that are hurt the most on Beale St are the musicians that are forced to play for Free and only get Tips for their labor. Even the musicians that are promised money most of the time they are never paid. When they finish playing they are told they must come back tomorrow to collect and then they must play another night for tips only. Free Labor and a free night of entertainment is what we use to call Slave Labor. Now ask yourself why there have been 22 or more musicians die while playing on Beale St. and who had life insurance policies on these Musicians. Who collected the money on these insurance policies? Let me tell you how this happens. When a Musician is playing for free they are given free Drinks and sometime food to keep them playing. The free drinks are spiked with drugs. As long as the musician keeps playing for free the drinks keep coming but at sometime after the waiting period on the insurance policy has passed the Free drinks will have an overdose of drugs and the musician is dead and the insurance policy is collected. Someone got wind of this process and now it appears the Memphis Mafia has started using Car crashes as their new way of getting rid of used up musicians and collecting their insurance policies.

Ask yourself where are all the Girls that use to be in Downtown Memphis. The Memphis Mafia has taken the girls off the street and taken them to Hotels to run another one of the Memphis Mafia’s businesses. How do they do this The Memphis Mafia get the girls on drugs then they cut them off until the girls are hurting so much that they will do anything for the drug. At that time the Mafia puts them in a hotel and feeds them one meal a day and gives them a hit on whatever drug they have the girl on at that time. The police forces Businesses to pay Bribes. If you don’t you will never get the permits you need to run your business. The Fire Chief will fail your safety inspection, The building permit will all of a sudden will not meet standards, you will have someone come in and drop a joint and you are busted for drugs, someone will come in with a bag of roaches or mice and turn them loose and the health inspector walks in right behind and closes you down. I could go on for weeks telling you how the Memphis Mafia controls the drug traffic in Memphis through their pimps and wig stores and having clowns running up and down the street selling to anyone that will buy from them. One of the main places the Mafia has covered 24 Hours a day is the Bus Station. The first thing someone will hear when they get off the bus is Do you want some drugs. The complete Bus Station and Kings Court is nothing but Drug dealers and Hookers controlled by the Memphis Mafia and crooked Police. What Memphis needs is a Federal Agency to come in and take over the complete Downtown and clean it up. Let a New company take over the Beale St area and run Beale St as a Music Street that it was suppose to be to let all Races enjoy all the Music of Memphis.

The only true Memphis Mafia personalities are the:
Luchessi Family
Lunati Family
Owens Crime Family (no one ruled like Danny)

Some may take exception to this small list and there are others. But these are the ones that matter.

These are grown up bullies. You should have them checked out and filmed in the act. Is it illegal to harrass a person just trying to start out?
One other thing. Are you aware of modern federal and state regulations concerning business? If you aren't you should educate yourselves. Little children's lemonade stands have been harrassed and closed throughout the country. Is there s tie, or a reason?
The problem with childhood bullies growing up is that they're not caught and dealt with as kids. Then they grow into adult bullies and become more dangerous.

The facts are straight. Petty street gang bullshit is nothing compared to the Three families mentioned. Especially Danny Owens's insane group. Those SOBs ruled the Memphis streets like no one ever.

No one denies your factions exist. They aren't the big bad asses like the Owens clan. Danny and his ilk put FEAR in your ass. He single handedly made pussies out of an entire bike gang. Iron Horsemen know the truth.
