Now the police know damn well he stopped running cause he knew he couldn't get away i rather them beat him then to kill him they just killed him cause what happen to that lady officer they said it there self he did not fire the hand gun now that's another life took from his kids and family for nothing i feel like they could have handled that situation better than they did!!!Shame on the Mpd for the decisions that u all make!!!!!! I thought it's suppose to be proper cause like get down your under arrest aw yea i forgot Mpd dont follow rules they just do what they want and cover it up like its ok!!!!

Humes and Charles Livingston III held an employee at gun point and demanded money. Both took off running toward a wooded area while officers chased them on foot. Livingston turned toward officers, flashed his gun, and that's when police shot and killed him.

that's all the facts I need. ha,ha, GAME OVER!
