thank you... and you are correct, Byers did do it. I know he did. I know he washed all their clothes at a laundry matt in MPHS the very next morning and threw all their trash in a dumpster around there too AND he had his older son Ryan cleaning the walls of Chistopher's room with 409.... i just hope they can prove it. As far as the 3 in jail.. they would most likely be there anyway so if they let them out I give 'em a year to be right back in there for something else.

I'd love to know where you're getting your information. It's so ... creative. Care to share?

There is absolutely no physical evidence against Jason Baldwin and Damien Echols, no proof that they are guilty, but they are still in prison. The only evidence against Jessie Miskelly is his own false confession, in which he changes his story many times, before admitting it was false.
You can't punish people for a crime without evidence they commited it. Free them.
Yea right I guess oj was innocent also.

It wasn't coerced this time, and all 3 pled guilty. No one else will ever face charges for this horrible crime. Seems to me in Jessie's statement he had some information that he wouldn't have known if he hadn't been there. Either way, it's over!! But, I suspect it is not the end. We will probably hear more from these men, and it won't be good.

What is the difference... Jesse was told 19 years ago, tell us what we WANT to hear and you can go home. He "confessed" getting many things wrong and only the the things the the WMPD told him to say correct.

Friday the State of Arkansas, said: tell us what we WANT to hear and you can go home. There is no difference.

The State did let killers go free. NINETEEN YEARS AGO, when they charged a mentally challenged teen, a trench coat wearing misfit and a follower with these murders.

However; they let a bloody, muddy incoherent man at Bojangles, less than a mile from the where the children were found; get away.

Someone stated in another thread that the man in Bojangles was identified and that he had been shot...therefore the blood, and that it had nothing to do with this case. I read Jessie's confession in Corning ,where his attorney's vehemently asked him not to speak. No one coerced him, no one asked him loaded questions, but he had all the details. How would he have known that if he had not been there. John Mark Byers may have been there, too, but I definitely think these guys were there.
Justice has definitely not been done. These guys have been made heroes by some (bullcrap). They are definitely famous. The West Memphis 3 should have been the 3 boys that were killed. They should have received all the attention, not these guys.

misskelly confessed 3 times. How many times does someone have to confess before you believe them. they are guilty as hell!
A really good detective can get a lot of people to confess to a crime they didn't comment if given the time under the right circumstances...it wouldn't take much of a detective to get a nearly retarded, scared, tired kid to confess.

"Ok, if you tell us what we want to know (hear), we can probably get you out of this with a little time served and get you back home. But if you want to make things hard on yourself, just keep dragging this out..."

During the Salem Witch trials, people confessed to being a witch to keep from burning or hanging in a tree. The ones who were executed and tortured were the ones who clung to thier innocence.

Wow! Byers did it and you hope it's proven, but it's okay that 3 were sitting in jail for crimes that they might commit in the future? Let's hope that's not the case! Why haven't you reported this information? Do you know Ryan? Did he give you this information? This isn't the first time I've heard this rumor or speculation, does any one know the root or source?

I have a question- has anyone ever looked at the ice cream truck that hobbs drove at his job or investigated it!! That would explain a lot! I wonder if that's where he kept the bodies til it was safe to dump them? Also a lot of trucks have rebar steps, handles, etc which could explain the pattern on Stevie's leg!

Hobbs is a sick maggot. He deserves to die slow. You all know what he done to those kids was sick. The sad part is that even though people knew,, they did nothing about it. They along with Hobbs needs to be butt raped sensuously, to death. Any one supporting this maggot needs the same. Them and their mother and all their siblings.

Were you witness to this or have you report this to the new crimeline?
